Additional Troubleshooting

Device shows registered on the website but no data appears on the display

  1. In your account, select the entry for Weather Station 1 or Audio Weather Station 1 as appropriate.

  2. Select your Time Zone and Location in the Wireless Display Settings section on the website and press the SAVE button.

  3. Remove the batteries from your Display. Press any key on the display 20 times to remove residual power. Reinstall the batteries, or use new ones that register 1.48 volts each.

  4. The Display should say "Updating" in the scroll area. If not:

    • For Non-Audio Displays: Press and Hold the "+" key until the Display beeps. 

    • For Audio Displays: Press and Hold the SNOOZE key until the Display beeps.

    • For a WD-9535U display: Press and Hold the Display key until it beeps.

    • Please allow 5-15 minutes for a forecast, depending on model. When your display has the forecast, you may proceed to setup the TX50 outdoor sensor.

Refer to the TX50 outdoor sensor section for assistance in re-starting the outdoor sensor.
