Both lights Blinking continuouslyBoth lights on the Gateway are blinking continuously

Both lights blinking means:
    • The gateway has been registered to the website, but has been factory reset. Please delete the Gateway from the website and then factory reset once again.
    • Factory reset - (after deleted from the website).
      1. Unplug the a/c power for 10 seconds. Press and Hold the grey button on the gateway before plugging the a/c power in again.
      2. Continue to hold the grey button for 30 seconds after inserting the a/c power cord.
      3. The Red Ethernet light will come on after about 10 seconds, then go off for about 10 seconds, then come back on again.
      4. At that time you can release the grey button. Please note that we are not concerned about the green (RF) light at this time.
    • Within 30 seconds the Red (Ethernet) light should be flashing in sets of 4 blinks, pause, 4 blinks pause, etc.
    • If it takes longer then 30 seconds to get to 4 blinks there is a connection issue and the gateway will not register.
    • Please note the gateway will automatically go to 4 blinks (a default IP addresses) if given enough time. This means that you can get a false positive reading if you wait longer than 30 seconds to view the startup light sequence.
