Display Reads GATEWAY NOT FOUND, PRESS ANY KEY TO TRY AGAIN

  1. Verify that the display is about 5 feet in a direct line of sight to the gateway as you register.

  2. Power cycle the Standard Gateway: Unplug the a/c cord from the gateway for 10 seconds. Do not touch the gray gateway button. Re-insert the a/c cord into the gateway and see if the blinking red light becomes a solid red light.

  3. A solid red light almost always indicates a functioning gateway that is connected to the internet.

If the above are true, then you may clear the message on the display as follows:

  • For Audio units: Press any key on the Display and it will read, TO REGISTER PRESS SNOOZE AND GATEWAY BUTTON

Please proceed to follow the directions on the screen and try to register the display again.
