Customer Support Server Maintenance Notice (Tuesday, May 14th)

On Tuesday, May 14th we will be performing upgrades and maintenance on the Weather Direct system.

During the day, there may brief periods where the system will be unavailable for log in, and/or your device may not be able to get/send updates. We do not expect prolonged downtime, and we will do our best to keep any interruptions in service as minimal as possible.

You should not need to do anything with your Weather Direct system as a result of this update.

However, if your system does not seem to be working properly after 24 hours, please check Troubleshooting (PDF) for more information. -->
